Services

The functional and single cell genomics team develops integrative genomics workflows to detect new clinical targets in cancers and other diseases. The team also develops powerful analytic pipelines for comprehensive analysis and integration of ‘-omics’ data. The team helps investigators with design and data analysis of sequencing experiments and with utilization of public databases such as TCGA.
