Leave Management & Holidays
Manage your time away from work with information about holidays and vacations, and all types of Leave, including Military, Sick, Family Medical, and Parental Leave.
Time off is determined by UTSW Policies, including but not limited to EMP-251, 252, 253, and 256.
You can access your time-off balance at:
PeopleSoft > Employee Self Service > My Leave
Common Questions About Time Off
- Is my time-off balance current?
Time-off balances are current as of the most recent “Time Approval in myTime” date listed on the Payroll Calendar (requires VPN).
- How does the payroll system handle insufficient time off?
The payroll system will determine if you have enough time-off balance to cover requested time off. The payroll system will automatically calculate a reduction in pay if there is not enough accrued time off to cover the requested time off.
