Salary and Benefits
For the 2021-2022 academic year, the current stipend for the fellowship is as follows:
PGY6 - $73,170
Benefits include:
- Comprehensive health coverage at no cost to the fellow. Dependent health coverage, supplemental life, dental, and vision plan insurance are available for both the fellow and his/her dependents at a reduced rate
- Malpractice coverage and a basic life insurance policy are provided
- Fifteen days paid vacation per academic year plus 10-12 paid holidays per year (depends on if holidays fall on weekdays or weekend days)
- Twelve days paid sick leave per academic year
- Time for professional development

- Professional allowance (discretionary account) to support travel and other professional needs
