Residency and fellowship candidates should plan to arrive in Dallas on Thursday evening in time to attend an informal dinner at 6:30 p.m. This is a casual event, so please dress comfortably!

Plan to allow one and a half hours between your flight arrival and hotel check-in time. Additional details about the following day’s interview process will be announced during the reception. The interview day can last until 5 p.m. on Friday, so please schedule your departing flight accordingly.

Several hotels, including the Crowne Plaza Hotel – Dallas Market Center, the Embassy Suites Dallas Love Field, and the Holiday Inn Dallas Market Center, offer discounted UT Southwestern Medical Center rates; be sure to ask for these when calling to reserve a room.

The closest airport to UT Southwestern is Dallas Love Field (DAL). Many hotels offer complimentary transportation to/from Dallas Love Field Airport. Call the hotel’s main number upon arrival at the airport and request pick-up service.

Cab service and SuperShuttle® along with rideshare services are available for applicants arriving at Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW).
