What we do
Our multidisciplinary clinic, recognized as a CMTA Center of Excellence, provides holistic care for individuals living with CMT. By addressing the complex needs of each patient through coordinated evaluation, therapy, and support, our clinic aims to improve quality of life, enhance mobility, and empower patients with education and resources.

Our multidisciplinary team includes a neurology, physiatry, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social worker, orthotist, and a social worker.
