Information for Managers

The restoration of operations plan is based on business and operational needs, guided by our infectious disease and clinical professionals, and meets or exceeds state and local government guidelines.

The goal of all managers is to ensure that employees are able to do their best work, in the appropriate location for their role and job responsibilities, to meet UT Southwestern’s business needs.

The Office of Business Affairs, in collaboration with the Office of Human Resources, the Office of Institutional Equity & Access, and the Office of Legal Affairs, developed FAQs to guide leaders as they prepare for employees returning to campus. These address key area of concern such as:

  • Who should work on campus
  • Child care
  • On-campus safety
  • Creative ways to implement social distancing
  • Disability and reasonable accommodation
