Travis Gill, J.D.
Assistant Vice President of Institutional Equity & Access
Travis is the Assistant Vice President of Institutional Equity & Access and the ADA Coordinator and Affirmative Action Officer at UT Southwestern. In this role, Travis provides leadership in promoting and furthering the University’s commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity for all members of its community.

Tiffany Bradshaw
Administrative Coordinator
Tiffany provides professional-level support to staff members, coordinates the day-to-day processes and office workflow. In this role, Tiffany manages the OIEA triage program, database systems, and the intake process of requests and/or complaints that are received by the office.

Director of Diversity & Inclusion
The Director of Diversity & Inclusion oversees the institution’s strategic approach to promoting a culture of inclusion and belonging through programming, education and skill-building, consultation, collaboration with business resource groups, and outreach across the wider Dallas/Fort Worth community.

Mary Durbin, J.D.
Manager of Diversity & Inclusion
The Manager of Diversity and Inclusion is responsible for supporting the diversity strategy of UT Southwestern Medical Center by recommending, developing, and implementing diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives across UT Southwestern’s employee/staff population.

Keneshia Colwell
Senior Diversity & Inclusion Specialist
Keneshia is the Senior Diversity & Inclusion Specialist for the Office of Institutional & Access. She is responsible for ensuring that diversity and inclusion are essential components of UT Southwestern’s tripartite mission to discover, educate, and heal through intentional programming, education and skill-building, community outreach, and collaboration with UTSW’s six business resource groups.

Shibani Bhandary.
Graduate Student Intern, Diversity & Inclusion
Shibani works at the Division of Diversity and Inclusion as a graduate intern. She has two years of clinical experience and a bachelor's degree in dental surgery. She is now pursuing a master's degree in health administration at UNTHSC. She believes that improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in management and leadership will help hospitals and health systems better reflect the communities they serve and, more significantly, eliminate health inequalities.

Tatiana Gonzalez
Graduate Student Intern, Diversity & Inclusion
Tatiana is an intern with the Division of Diversity and Inclusions. She has two years of experience as a care coordinator and has a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from the University of Florida. She is now pursuing a master's degree in health administration at UNTHSC. She believes that the healthcare system can build trust with the community through diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Kenyatta Braggs, J.D.
Director of Equal Opportunity
Kenyatta is the Director of Equal Opportunity. In this role, Kenyatta is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of UTSW’s equal employment opportunity (EEO) program, including consulting and overseeing the investigation of complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation pursuant to federal, state, and local EEO laws and the institution’s non-discrimination policy.

Manager of Investigations and Training
Anthony is the Manager of Equal Opportunity. As the Medical Center’s Manager of Equal Opportunity, Anthony oversees processes dedicated to furthering the University's commitment to equal opportunity.

Van Pham, J.D.
Senior Equal Opportunity Specialist
Van is the Senior Equal Opportunity Specialist. In this role, Van investigates student and employee reports of bias and complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation pursuant to federal, state, and local EEO laws and UTSW’s Equal Opportunity Policies. Van is also responsible for coordinating faculty and staff requests for disability related accommodations, maintaining compliance reporting, as well as tracking and facilitating training programs.

LaToya Haynes, MSW
Equal Opportunity Specialist
LaToya is the Equal Opportunity Specialist. In this role, LaToya analyzes ADA accommodation requests to determine eligibility for accommodation in accordance with University policy and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). She also conducts internal investigations of discrimination and harassment complaints, including analyzing complaints, and developing investigative plans.

Martin Kamp, J.D.
Manager of Title IX
As Program Manager, Martin promotes a safe and inclusive working and learning environment in line with UT Southwestern’s institutional values. With a collaborative approach to education and programming initiatives, Martin equips the campus community with the necessary resources and support to supplement the Division’s Title IX case evaluation and investigation process.

Kenia Guillory
Title IX Resources and Support Specialist
Kenia is the Title IX Resources and Support Specialist. In this role, Kenia investigates student and employee reports of bias and complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation pursuant to federal, state, and local EEO laws and UTSW’s Equal Opportunity Policies. Kenia is also responsible for coordinating faculty and staff requests for disability related accommodations, maintaining compliance reporting, as well as tracking and facilitating training programs.

Christine Truong
Title IX Senior Equal Opportunity Specialist
Christine is responsible for effective case management of reported concerns and conducts workplace investigations with the goal of ensuring institutional compliance with applicable laws and regulations. She also assists the Title IX leadership team in developing and facilitating appropriate educational programming and outreach activities to all students and employees on campus.

Shashwata Roy, J.D.
Equity/Affirmative Action Specialist
Shashwata Roy is responsible for assisting with the development and administration of UTSW's affirmative action plan and action-oriented programs. Shashwata serves as a liaison and internal consultant to management and departmental leaders on affirmative action strategy, on providing employee accommodations, and on addressing equal opportunity complaints.
