Our multidisciplinary research division is involved in three areas of investigation: clinical research, molecular radiation biology, and medical physics & engineering. The goal of research in the Department of Radiation Oncology is to understand the molecular mechanisms of cancer progression and to develop novel therapies targeting specific defects within these malignancies.
