Improving the lives of the mentally ill through Research, Education and Patient Care.

The Department of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center offers an extensive range of clinical services and opportunities to participate in clinical research. Services are  provided by faculty mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. Services are provided in both hospital-based and also in specialty outpatient clinics that conduct research in new treatment methods or research aimed at better understanding a particular disease.
