For Refunds:
Please fill out a vending refund form.This form can be found at the Cashier’s Office (B1.200) or by downloading the Vending Refund Form. Once the form is completed, it can be returned to the Cashier’s Office, or for off campus locations, send to Vending, Mail Code 9026, for processing.
For product requests and to report a malfunctioning machine, please call the Vending Office at x50969. Leave a message that includes the number of the machine, the location and the problem. 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
