Directory of Services

The Physical Plant department is responsible for Capital Planning, Facility Operations, and limited General Services. We are responsible for a 11 million square foot multi-campus facility, a $64 million annual operating budget, a $35 million annual capital renewal program, and a $1.1 billion six-year major construction program.

The chief officer of the department is the Vice President for Facilities Management.
