Together again
Dr. Francisco Cigarroa (left), chancellor of the UT System and a member of the
UT Southwestern Class of 1983, is welcomed back to the campus recently by Dr. Donald Seldin, professor of internal medicine. The event was a reception for friends of the
UT System and the medical center and an opportunity to meet Dr. Cigarroa. For the two doctors, it was a chance to remember when the former was a student and the latter his professor. “I learned a lot from Dr. Seldin,” Dr. Cigarroa said. “It’s amazing how focused you can be on learning when you’re scared to death.”* |
