Aims
- Assess the upper extremity arteries (e.g., subclavian, axillary, brachial, radial, ulnar).
- Localize and characterize arterial stenoses, occlusions, and collateral flow.
- Provide a detailed assessment of the arterial tree.
Indications
Appropriate indications might include:
- Evaluation of atherosclerotic disease in the upper extremity;
- Documentation of subclavian steal phenomenon; or
- Evaluation of arterial trauma.
