Application Process

1. Complete the on-line application (February 1 deadline) and submit all required documentation and fees. 

2. Complete 16 hours of clinical observations in a radiation oncology department before the February 1 deadline. Print the Observation form and fax to 214-648-0621 when complete.

3. Selected candidates must attend an interview.
