MS3 Colleges
During each required third-year clerkship, students write a one-page reflection essay based upon a clinical or interpersonal encounter on the wards or clinics. At least one time during the third year, each student will meet with their mentor and his/her second-year students to discuss one of the encounters.

MS4 Colleges
The Texas Gamma Chapter of Alpha Omega Alpha has paired chapter members with mentor groups to mentor first and second-year students.
