The eXplore Locus in vivo MicroCT scanner from GE Healthcare, delivers high quality volumetric images with low dosing to support demanding longitudinal studies.


What the eXplore Locus offers:

Procedure

Mice are placed under anesthesia for the duration of the scan.  Depending on the resolution that the investigator prefers, this can be anywhere from 10-30 minutes.  Analysis takes about a day to complete and will be done by the core.

The MicroCT scanner is located in NG, and can only scan mice who are also housed in NG.
