In accordance with rules of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC) meets every month and is chaired by the Associate Dean for Medical Education with membership composed of department chairs, program directors, peer-elected residents, and representatives from the major GME training sites.  The GMEC meets on the second Monday of each month at 8:00AM in the B5 Conference Room (B5.206).  Minutes of each meeting are distributed to all ACGME Residency/Fellowship Program Directors.

Responsibilities of the GME Committee 

Each January, April, July and October, a Q&A session is held at 9:30am in D1.200 for any Program Directors who want to attend.
