Providing continuing and comprehensive medical care to our patients is of utmost importance.  This is especially true once a patient is released from your care and returns to a primary care physician for ongoing treatment.

In the spirit of caring for patients in the UT Southwestern tradition, we encourage you to refer patients to the UT Southwestern Family Medicine Clinic.  We understand that once a patient leaves your office, the follow-up care must be thorough and comprehensive.  This includes suggestions for future treatment, return visits (if necessary) and plans for co-managing care.

Our physicians are board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and uphold the core values of primary care. As physicians at one of the country's leading academic medical centers, we provide patients with state of the art technology and have access to the latest advances and techniques that may not be available elsewhere. 

Through electronic charting and transcription, our physicians are able to provide you with a progress report within a week of seeing a patient.
