ERGO OGM 1

The OGM 1 requires the user to have a Southwestern login to access the forms.  Administrators must be delegated to create forms for Principal Investigators.   This form is routed electronically and is approved by the Office of Grants Management.

iAIM OGM 10

The OGM 10 requires the user to have a Southwestern login to access the forms.   This form is routed electronically and is approved by the Office of Grants Management.  The OGM10 form requires that the user, the PI and the chairperson have both DPIN and LBC access to the specific account referenced in the OGM10 form. 

ERGO provides a courtesy link to iAIM for the OGM10 form. OGM10 is not integral to ERGO. Contact the IR Call Center for OGM10 help - via email or at x87600. Inform IRCallCenter that the call is to be forwarded to OAS/iAIM support, not ERGO support.
