Imaging Services-Outpatient Building

A new outpatient facility dedicated to ambulatory care services is latest part of addition to the UT Southwestern Medical Center's University Hospitals and Clinics. 

The seven-story Outpatient Building resides behind the St. Paul building on the UT Southwestern campus at Inwood Road and Medical Center Drive and offers state-of-the-art radiology imaging services.

Imaging Services Include:

• diagnostic imaging,
• orthopaedic clinic,
• Multichannel MRI/MRA,
• 64 slice CT scanning
• 2D, 3D and 4D Ultrasound Imaging
• MRI/CT Perfusion
• 64 slice CT Fluoroscopy
• State of the Art Osteoporosis Screening
• CT Whole Body Screening
• CT Colonoscopy
• Calcium Scoring
• Cardiac Scans
• CT coronary angiography
• CT High-Speed Lung Screening
• Breast MR
• Diagnostic Orthopaedics
• MR Arthroscopy.

Radiology Stage 2 - Fall 2007:

• Fluoroscopy for hip injections,
• Facet injections,
• DEXA (bone density).

For our patients' and their families' convenience, our new facility will have:

• Valet or self parking
• Food service area
• Large open waiting areas for families
• General patient services
• On-site overnight stay, if desired
• Or, guests may chose a surrounding hotel assistance provided by the facility's concierge.
