Software Discounts

UT Southwestern Enterprise Agreement

The campus has negotiated great deals on Microsoft software; several Microsoft titles are available to UT Southwestern associates through the University Store. A UT Southwestern ID badge will be required at the time of purchase. Confirm the cost with the University Store.

The products may also be used on personally owned computers at home as long as the UT associate is the primary user. Programs must be removed from personally-owned computers when active association with UT Southwestern is discontinued. Lenovo Computers

All UT Southwestern associates, including students, are eligible to participate in the Lenovo employee purchase program.  UT Southwestern has negotiated with Lenovo to make computer purchasing more affordable.  Click here to see what they offer.  If you have questions, please call them at 1-877-222-6426, Option 1, Ext. 2251 - - You will need to identify yourself as being part of the "University of Texas Health System". 

Dell Computers

All UT Southwestern associates, including students, are eligible to participate in the Dell Employee purchase program.  UT Southwestern has negotiated with Dell to make computer purchasing more affordable. Dell EPP guarantees its prices to be at least 2% (and up to 12%) below Dell.com on all configurations. Apple Computers
