The UT Southwestern campus is currently transitioning to a new method for wireless access. Students should now use the utwpa2 network for campus wireless access. For more information visit the Wireless Access page. 

If you experience trouble logging into utwpa2, try changing your password. Utwpa2 requires that passwords be changed every 90 days.  For self-service password resetting, visit the iAim website .
Note:  Before changing your password, verify that you have selected and provided answers for your security questions.  

The VPN wireless access (which uses the "wireless" SSID) will be de-commissioned in June, 2009.  Cisco VPN and Juniper VPN will still be used to access campus resources from remote locations.

The Vista operating system is currently supported on a "best effort" basis.  64-bit operating systems are not supported.

The IR Home Page contains details about Information Resources (IR) and the campus' computing environment (including instructions for self-service password resetting). An internal connection to the campus network is needed to access the site.

Information Resources assistance and requests are handled through the Information Resources Call Center. The center can be reached by calling 214-648-7600. For non-urgent issues, e-mail the center at IRCALLCENTER@UTSouthwestern.edu.
