Welcome to the UT Southwestern Department of Otolaryngology. The Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at UT Southwestern is a renowned center of excellence in the field of Otolaryngology.

The physicians in our department have special training and expertise in the areas of General ENT, Facial Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery, Head & Neck Cancer Surgery, Neurotology/Skull Base Surgery), Pediatric ENT, and Rhinology.

Our Division of Communicative and Vestibular Disorders provides state-of-the art services in audiology, speech-language pathology and physical therapy. The audiologists provide a full range of audiologic and vestibular diagnostic services to patients across the life span.  Patients with hearing loss can receive rehabilitation services in the form of advanced hearing aids, implantable and partially implantable devices and cochlear implants.  Speech-language pathologists provide diagnostic and rehabilitation services to patients with swallowing disorders, voice disorders, head and neck cancer and brain injuries.  The physical therapy services include vestibular, and facial nerve rehabilitation, and head and neck rehabilitation for patients following cancer surgery.
