QUALIFICATIONS:

Ph.D. in Nutrition and MS in Biochemistry.  Research background in vitamins and nuclear receptors.  Some teaching experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Instructor in Nutrition with research interests in vitamins, adipose tissue, type 2 diabetes mellitus and prediabetes.  To participate and develop research in adipose tissue function in metabolic syndrome and prediabetes. Familiarity with tissue culture, mass-spectrometry, gas liquid chromatography, nuclear receptor chemistry and fat soluble vitamins.
