Group Fitness sessions are unlimited with membership to the Student Center. No registration is needed, so just drop in! Please be courteous to other members and arrive on time. Instructors may deny access to class if you arrive after the warm-up period. And remember, always check the calendar (see the link to the left) for the most up-to-date information about class times.
Please help us reduce your risk of injury while creating an enjoyable exercise environment for all participants by following these guidelines:
- Arrive to class on time, so you can warm-up.
- Please inform the instructor if have any special circumstances (e.g. pregnancy, injury, illness) that may influence your ability to take a class.
- Proper athletic footwear and attire should be worn in all fitness classes.

Cardiovascular training class designed in the style of Martial Arts using punches, kicks, and drills to enhance endurance and agility. Less kicking than Cardio Kickboxing |
| Active Yoga |
A noncompetitive, mind-body workout based on flowing postures that challenge the body by focusing on functional strength, flexibility, and relaxation to improve cardiovascular conditioning and body awareness. |
| Dynastep |
Want to have fun while you exercise? Join us for an upbeat step aerobics class for those who enjoy a variety of basic, easy-to-follow stepping moves! Emphasis is on aerobic conditioning, with toning and strength training included. |
| H.E.A.T. |
Hit this 45-minute lunch-time workout. Emphasis is on High Energy Aerobic Training. This format uses a variety of aerobic activity from step to kick boxing to interval training. Resistance training and abdominal work will be incorporated for a great workout |
| Astanga Yoga |
A flowing Yoga practice linking postures, movement, breathing and attention. Each hour is complete, including sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, and reclining postures. This style is surely physical, but the focus on continuous breathing makes it equally mental, producing a calm and focused state of mind. |
| Kick 'N Spin |
Class combines two of the best cardiovascular workouts together! Kickboxing consists of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks plus Spin: outdoor cycling brought inside. Class will vary each time depending on the number of participants. Riders are encouraged to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to prepare your bike for comfort and safety. Riders are welcome to bring cycling shoes that clip into our pedals, but may NOT remove the pedals and insert their own clips.

| Spinning |
Participants will enjoy a challenging and authentic cycling ride. With driving music and great drills, the outdoor cycling experience comes indoors. The intensity of the class is always controlled by you, so first timers as well as highly trained athletes can obtain excellent workouts. Classes limited to 6 participants on a first come, first served basis. Riders are encouraged to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to prepare your bike for comfort and safety. Our bikes have SPD clips - riders are welcome to bring cycling shoes that clip into our pedals, but may NOT remove the pedals and insert their own clips. Participants are encouraged to bring bottled water to Spinning classes |

Classes Requiring a Fee
| Kenpo Self Defense and Fitness |
The goal of the class is to teach Kenpo Karate while incorporating a cardio fitness program based on martial arts movement. This training is based in the reality that you must be fit to fight. $10 a month Students/Members, $30 month Non-members. |
| Tango |
The goal of the class is to teach the art of Tango dancing, as well as improve the abilities of those already versed in the popular dance. Classes meet Thursday nights, and will provide instruction for participants of all skill level. $5 per class Student/Members; non members add a guest or day pass fee in addition. |

This class includes not only the physical aspects of the art related to punching, kicking, self-defense, and sparring but also its mental, spiritual, and philosophical aspects. The club is open to all who are interested in learning or improving on their Tae Kwon Do. Dues are $5 per month. |
