Tennis and Racquetball reservation procedures

Individuals may make advance reservations for tennis and racquetball courts. Reservations may be made up to one day in advance. Tennis court reservations may be made in 1 1/2 hour blocks while racquetball court reservations may be made in hour blocks.

Reservations are accepted in person at the member services desk or by phone at (214) 648-3578.

Forfeiture of Reservation

1. A participant who has made a reservation must claim the reservation between 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after the reservation period.
2. If the reservation is not claimed by 10 minutes after the reservation period, all rights to that reservation are forfeited.
3. If a reservation is forfeited, the court is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Usage Guidelines for the Racquet Ball Court

1. Shoes and balls that mark the court are prohibited.
2. Racket guards are required.
3. Wrist guards are required on the racquetball rackets.
4. Protective eye guard is recommended.
5. Rackets are available for checkout with your UT Southwestern ID card.
6. Racquet balls may be purchased at the Member Services Desk.
