The Bryan Williams, M.D. Student Center is a controlled access facility. Participation in the programs offered by the Student Center is limited to students and paid members of the Bryan Williams, M.D. Student Center. Students pay required fees that give them access to all UT Southwestern recreational facilities. A limited number of memberships for non-students are available for purchase through Member Services. The membership fee is $40.00 per month.

Students: anyone enrolled at UT Southwestern in a status that requires the payment of the Student Services Fee will automatically become a member.

Visiting students: either medical students enrolled in a clinical clerkship or students on our campus enrolled in an academic program with which UT Southwestern has a formal affiliation.

Faculty: Anyone verified by the Office of Human Resources as holding a faculty appointment at UT Southwestern.

Staff: anyone verified by the Office of Human Resources as an employee of UT Southwestern or UT Southwestern Health Systems.

Resident: anyone appointed in an affiliated residency-training program.

Fellow: anyone appointed as a fellow at UT Southwestern.

Alumni: anyone who has received a degree from UT Southwestern.

Spouse or significant other: Individuals wishing to obtain membership based on a relationship using this eligibility must have proof that he or she shares the same address with the primary member.

Sponsored guests: Members of the student center may sponsor up to two guests on a daily basis at $5.00 per person (Saturday the fee is $3.00). The primary member must accompany the guest(s) while participating. Sponsored guests are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. Passes are available at the Member Services desk. Guest(s) must be 18 years or older.

Un-sponsored guests: Individuals who are otherwise eligible for membership or employees of affiliated institutions may purchase a day pass to utilize the facility at $6.00 per day. A photo ID card issued by the affiliated institution is required. Passes are available at the Member Services desk. Guest(s) must be 18 years or older.
