Tip of the Month
Understand the Rules of Engagement in a Street Fight.

There are two basic rules that most street attackers follow:

  1. Never Pick a Fair Fight
  2. There are no rules

What this means to you is that if you are attacked you should expect to face a larger, more experienced, and possibly armed opponent or even multiple opponents who will stop at nothing to get what they want. If this seems like a rather grim scenario, welcome to the real world. None of us anticipate being in a life-threatening situation. Unfortunately for some, their lack of preparedness seals their fate.

Don't be caught unprepared! Learn to bend the rules; you can make them work in your favor. You can learn to avoid most threatening situations. You can make yourself a hard-target for a rapist or mugger. You can train your body to be ready for a fight or flight response. You can inoculate your mind and body to deal with the stress of an attack situation. Don't wait until it is too late.

We can help!
