The Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program will participate in ERAS for fellowship positions beginning July 2011.

TIMELINE
November 15, 2009:  Applicants begin to upload their information to ERAS

December 1,  2009:  Programs will begin to review applicant information 

December 2009 - March 2010:  Applications via ERAS will be accepted/reviewed by the Program Director

January 2010 - early April 2010:  Interviews for July 2011 positions will be conducted


Interested applicants should visit the ERAS Fellowships Applicant Site to generate their application.         Required documents: 

  •  curriculum vitae
  •  personal statement
  •  photograph
  •  Medical Student Performance Evaluation (formerly medical school Dean's letter)
  •  medical school transcript
  •  USMLE certificates
  •  three (or more) letters of recommendation.  

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics, only accepts permanent residents or J-1 ECFMG sponsored visas. We do not offer H1-B visas for clinical training.
