Robert H. Collins, M.D.
Professor of Internal Medicine and Director of the Blood and Marrow Transplantation/Hematologic Malignancies Program at UTSW. He earned his M.D. degree from the six-year B.A./M.D. program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dr. Collins is board certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology. He is recognized as a leader in the field of immunotherapy and has directed studies of donor leukocyte infusions through a network of over 100 centers. He is an active clinician and is published in over 100 journals. Dr. Collins enjoys reading, music, outdoor activities and spending with his wife and three sons.
Simrit Parmar, M.D.
Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine and received her M.D. from Punjab University/Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab, India. She received several awards for academic achievement while in medical school. Dr. Parmar came to the United States in 2002 to complete her internship and residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. Her fellowship was completed at MD Anderson in Houston, TX. Her interests include stem cell transplantation and hematologic malignancies. Dr. Parmar enjoys playing guitar and travelling.
Madhuri Vusirikala, M.D.
Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine and received her M.D. from Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi, India. Her Internal Medicine Internship and Residency were completed at the State University of New York in Syracuse. She completed her Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the University of Pittsburgh VA Medical Center and her Fellowship in Bone Marrow Transplant at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Her interests include stem cell transplantation and hematologic malignancies. Dr. Vusirikala enjoys spending time with her two young children and her husband.
