1. Objectives
   1. Understand how to set up, evaluate and interpret clinical immunology procedures
   2. Understand administrative skills related to an immunology laboratory, including quality management strategies (Quality Control, Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement)
   3. Consultation with clinicians and follow up of cases with unusual results
   4. Consultation with clinicians regarding rare test or inappropriate test orders
