HOSPITAL MEDICINE
Our hospitalists specialize in high quality and efficient care of the patients requiring inpatient medical care. Hospitalist faculty manage many busy non-teaching and teaching inpatient general medical services at Parkland Memorial, University Hospital St. Paul, and University Hospital Zale Lipshy. They also help staff the medical consult and perioperative assessment services at each site. Working in close collaboration, the team of hospitalist physicians, mid-level providers, and other allied health professionals provide round-the-clock, in-house, bedside care to patients throughout their stay.
