The Palliative and Supportive Care team at UT Southwestern functions to provide specialized care for patients and families living with serious and terminal illness.  We currently have consulting services for inpatients at St. Paul, Zale Lipshy, and Parkland Hospitals.  In addition, we have an outpatient clinic for patients at Parkland Hospital and an ever expanding presence at the Simmons Cancer Center (currently operating in the lung cancer and neuro-oncology clinics).

Our goal is to help our patients live with the best quality of life possible by providing symptom management and psychosocial support.
