Placing Orders

In order to make sure your event is prepared correctly and that we can accommodate your needs on time, all orders need to be in our hands

48 Hours before the event.  We receive all orders once they are put online and received by Auxiliary Enterprises, usually taking two days

To process.  In the event that your order is not received before the 48 Hour cutoff, an emergency handling fee of $25.00 will be assessed.

Canceling Orders

If you should have to Cancel your event for any reason, a fax copy of the order must be received 24 Hours in advance of the event.

You should fax the order sheet to 214.648.5646 with CANCEL written across the bottom with a signature.  If we do not have confirmation of this cancellation before 24 Hours you will be charged $25.00.  If you cancel the order within 4 Hours of your event you will be charged for the entire amount of the order.

Multiple Ordering

When placing orders for multiple dates and events, you must have a separate order number for each calendar date.  For example, if you have cookies and punch delivered on every Friday of December, you must have an order sheet for each calendar date.  You may use the same requisition number for your department but we will need to have individual order numbers.   If we receive an order with multiple dates and events on them, only the first event will be completed.

Other Charges and Fees

Delivery Fee…..$10.00

Pickup Fee…..$0.00            If you do not pickup your order on the day of your event you will still be charged for the entire order.

Attendants…..$18.00 per hour

Ice Buckets…..$2.50            If only wanting to purchase ice from McDermott Hall.  All ice buckets are free with any catering order requiring Ice for event.

Off Campus and After Hours Events

Catering Hours are Monday – Friday

                                    6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

We deliver throughout the UT Southwestern Campus including North and South Campus, St. Paul’s, Presbyterian, Children’s, Parkland, and Zale-Lipshy.   As well as surrounding areas.  If you have a question about deliveries to your office please contact us.

We also do catering off campus and nights and weekends.  Please contact us for more specific information on those events.
