Where do I place my decal?
Decal must be placed on the lower left-hand corner of the back windshield. If you have tinted windows or rear-window defrost, the decal may be placed directly above the inspection sticker on the front windshield.

Where do I pay my citations?
Citations can be paid at either one of the two Parking Services Offices.  Citations can be paid with credit cards, checks, or cash (exact change).

Can I take care of my parking online?
Anyone who has received  parking citations while at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center may appeal the citations online by clicking on Online Access.
Faculty, Staff, and students of The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center may appeal citations, update parking information, register for parking, or purchase additional decals online by clicking on Online Access.

Can I park on the plaza?
Without prior written approval from Administration, parking is not allowed in these areas. Unauthorized parking may result in parking citations.

I received a citation, what do I do now?
If you have received a citation, you have 30 days to either pay or appeal the citation.  A late fee of $15.00 will be applied after 30 days.  Parking citations may be appealed online through Online Access or by printing out and returning a Traffic Appeal Request Form to the Parking Services Office in person or via intercampus mail (Mail Code 9026).

I just bought a new car.  Do I need to purchase another decal?
If you are no longer going to be driving the old vehicle on campus, you can transfer the decal from the old vehicle to the new vehicle. If you are going to transfer your decal, Parking Services must be notified of the new vehicle information. If the old vehicle will be parked on campus, you will need to purchase an additional decal. Decals may be purchased online through Online Access or by printing out and returning a Parking Application to the Parking Services Office.
