Where can I park when I go to other departments across campus?

Shuttle Service is the quickest and easiest way to get around campus  however, we also offer reciprocal parking as follows:

Faculty permit allows parking in any garage or lot excluding official spaces, e.g. Lot 1, Name Reserved, Reserved, Handicap, etc.

Staff Garage permit allows parking at Garage 2, North Campus Garage, Physician Office Building Garage, St. Paul Employee Garage, Allied Health Garage and any surface lot locations excluding official spaces, e.g. Faculty, Lot 1, Name Reserved, Reserved, Handicap, etc.

Staff Lot permit allows parking in any surface lot locations excluding official spaces, e.g. Faculty, Lot 1, Name Reserved, Reserved, Handicap, etc.

Student permit allows parking in any surface lot locations excluding official spaces, e.g. Faculty, Lot 1, Name Reserved, Reserved, Handicap, etc.

Please note:  Faculty, Staff, and Students are NOT considered a visitor at any campus parking location even though they may be "visiting" the building and should not park in any visitor lots or garages between the hours of 6:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.  If your primary transportation to campus is via DART Bus, Rail, or TRE, you may obtain, upon request, a packet of ten (10) lot parking hangtags.  These will enable employees, who normally ride public transportation to use lot parking on campus ten times each fiscal year, with the option of purchasing additional hangtags at $2.00 each.  The hangtags are not transferrable to other employees.  It is the responsibility of the user to write the date in permanent ink or marker on the hangtag used and display it on the rearview mirror.  Failure to do so may result in parking citations being issued.
