Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (08-15)
| Visiting students selecting a rotation within the Division of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology) will assist in operative procedures, see clinic and private practice patients, and attend didactic conferences. |
| Externs will learn the basic concepts of urodynamic evaluation. Additionally, students will learn peri-operative management from Wednesday case conference, Parkland clinic and ward rounds. |

The volume of patient care at the three on-campus hospitals (Parkland Memorial Hospital and University Hospitals - St. Paul and Zale Lipshy) will provide the extern with a diverse enough experience to make an accurate and objective assessment of the field of Urogynecology.
