Practice Clinical Skills Exam  – Secured Site
UT Southwestern offers for its own fourth-year medical students a practice examination to prepare for the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Step 2 Clinical Skills Examination. Students from other medical schools may also inquire whether any slots are available ($500) for the 3 hour, 6 station examination. UT Southwestern or other students with questions should contact Dr. Jim Wagner.

Submit changes to your personal information: Nickname, Phone number, Email, Pager and/or  Address.  NOTE: Name changes require Name Change Form and supporting documentation. See Forms

Using your Student and Alumni Affairs Universal Login, you are able to view your login and email address.  Access is restricted to enrolled UT Southwestern students and accepted applicants.

Order Transcripts, request Enrollment and Degree Verifications, request a copy of Dean's Letter, Add and Drop a course,  Off-Campus Approval and Senior Elective Evaluation forms, and more...  Requests are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

If your ID card has been lost, stolen or if your card enrollment information has changed. please complete an ID Card form and bring to front desk of The Student Affairs Office (M2.200). See Forms
