UTSW-ALERT Mass Notification System

Your safety and academic excellence are UT Southwestern’s top concern. UT Southwestern has developed UTSW-Alert to communicate official information during an emergency or crisis situation that disrupts normal operation of the UTSW campus or threatens the health or safety of members of the campus community.

What Does UTSW - ALERT Mean to You?

UT Southwestern’s new alert system enables emergency response team members to communicate with students, staff, and faculty in minutes by sending a message via a number of contact methods—including e-mail, text messaging, and cell phones. UTSW- ALERT will only be used during emergencies and for system testing. This is a free service to members of the UT Southwestern community. Standard rates apply for cell phone and SMS messages.
