CTRC Inpatient Facilities

Parkland Memorial Hospital 7 West
The CTRC 7 West facility is a 13 bed inpatient facility located within Parkland Memorial Hospital.  This unit offers a metabolic kitchen, laboratory processing area, and a work area for Investigators and Coordinators.  Our experienced nursing staff is available to implement and precisely administer study protocols. 

CTRC Outpatient Facilities

Charles C. Sprague Clinical Science Building
The CTRC outpatient facility is located on the sixth floor of the Charles C. Sprague Clinical Science Building (CS6.118). It connects the east wing of Parkland Memorial Hospital to Zale Lipshy University Hospital.  The sixth floor of the Sprague Building is immediately adjacent to the seventh floor East wing of Parkland.  The CTRC outpatient area is comprised of 2347.8 square feet and includes 4 procedure rooms, (3 single and 1 double) and a consultation room.  There is a fully equipped office for investigators, nursing office, blood drawing & processing area, and a patient waiting room.

James W. Aston Ambulatory Care Center Center
The CTRC Aston Office (formerly known as the Clinical Trials Office) is located on the eighth floor of the Aston Building (U8.102).  This fully-equipped outpatient clinic is available to all Investigators and Coordinators conducting clinical trials.  This 1771.6 square feet facility features 5 exam rooms for Research study visits, 4 blood draw/vital sign stations, and an infusion room equipped for up to 2 infusions.  Also, a laboratory facility features 2 ambient temperature centrifuges, 1 refrigerated centrifuge, a refrigerator, and a -70 freezer.
