| NEW APPLICATION REQUIREMENT |
Effective September 16, 2009, Research Administration requires all UT Southwestern pilot award applicants to submit an OGM1 Form via ERGO on or before October 15, 2009. This process will allow all investigators and the departments to be aware of the faculty commitments and cost sharing requirements, and will prevent faculty from exceeding their effort. Applicants must include the OGM1 form number in their cover email with the other required application documents attached to it. Applications submitted without an OGM1 form number will not be considered. The RFA and Application Form have been revised, so please utilize the most current versions.
