Effective planning/execution of research plan, administration, and coordination of personnel, development and management of budgets, leadership and team building, effective communication, identifying and resolving conflicts, fair evaluation processes. Course objectives are:
- Apply project management processes and discipline to clinical research projects
- Apply leadership and management principles and practices in the management of clinical research projects.
