Effective planning/execution of research plan, administration, and coordination of personnel, development and management of budgets, leadership and team building, effective communication, identifying and resolving conflicts, fair evaluation processes.  Course objectives are:

  1. Apply project management processes and discipline to clinical research projects
  2. Apply leadership and management principles and practices in the management of clinical research projects.

Prerequisites:  None

Credit: 1 hour
