The Texas Commission on Human Rights (TCHR) training is mandatory for all employees. This training complies with Article IX of the General Appropriations Act of the 75th Texas State Legislature for biennial training. The TCHR Compliance course reviews laws prohibiting discrimination in all areas of employment (recruitment, hiring, training, assignments and promotion) on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or veteran status as outlined by the Texas Workforce Commission on Human Rights.

Instructions

- Log on to iAim using your User ID and Password.
- Click Training on the right navigation taskbar.
- Click on Office of Equal Employment Opportunity.
- Click For Credit to begin the TCHR Compliance (Mandated Training) course.
- Upon completion, under the My History tab, Print certificate.
