The UT Southwestern Medical Center Resident Education Fund is for the funding of resident training including: trips, books, journal clubs and other educational events to help residents continue to advance their education.

The Donell F. Johns Library Fund is for an endowed chair for expanding the Department of Plastic Surgery's Library. The fund is used to purchase books, journals, videos and other educational material.
