Social Services and Support Groups

Cancer Information and Referral Services
Patient Navigator, Paula Anderson, RN, MN, is available to help patients and families with information on cancer diagnosis and treatment. She can also assist with pain management services and mobile mammography screenings. Paula facilitates community health programs on cancer prevention and screening. Genetic Counseling
For information on our genetic risk assessment service, contact the staff of genetic counselors at 214-645-HOPE (4673).
Transportation
