Psychotherapy Counseling

Moncrief Cancer Resources offers psychotherapy counseling sessions to cancer patients, their families and caregivers, dealing with various emotional issues stemming from their cancer diagnosis. These include:

  • Depression, anxiety, grief, anger, fear, stress, insomnia

  • Inability to cope with cancer diagnosis; feeling overwhelmed

  • Relaxation skills for pain management

  • Relationship issues concerning marital/significant other, children, family

Appointments: To make an appointment with the Psychotherapist, Niki Barr, Ph.D., please call 817-838-4878. Counseling sessions are at Moncrief Cancer Resources 1701 River Run, Suite 500, Fort Worth, Texas.

Cost: Each session will cost $25.00 payable by patient at the time of the appointment. Cash and checks are the method of payment. Credit cards will not be accepted. Limited financial assistance is available for eligible individuals.
