Fellowship positions are filled through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP), http://www.nrmp.org. Applications are now handled electronically through the American Medical Colleges' Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS),  http://aamc.org. Written applications are no longer accepted.

Applicants should note that we offer two tracks, the clinical and physician investigator tracks. Each is described in detail under the heading "Fellowship Program; Tracks" on this same web-page. In general, applicants are encouraged to apply to only one of these tracks.

Institutional policies relating to the fellowship application and appointment process can be found through UT Southwestern's home web-page  following the headings "Education; Southwestern Medical School; Graduate Medical Education".

Questions should be directed to Becky Ward (program director's secretary) at Becky.Ward@med.va.gov or 214-857-0405.
