UT Southwestern Medical Center is an internationally recognized leader in the evaluation and treatment of neurovascular disorders, including aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, tumors, and cerebral ischemia. Our patient-centered approach to neurovascular medicine ensures your care, medication, healing and surgery, if needed, are planned and administered using the extensive clinical and scientific expertise available within our advanced health care programs. In addition, our physicians have access to the world-renowned research resources of UT Southwestern, which includes advanced diagnostic equipment and state-of-the-art surgical facilities.

UT Southwestern Medical Center is one of only two health care facilities in Texas that has a neurosurgeon with endovascular expertise, and is the only institution in the state with two neurologists with endovascular expertise. We receive the latest surgical and endovascular technology before other institutions, giving us the ability to provide our patients with the most up-to-date treatment options. With our cutting-edge experience and technology, neurosurgeons and interventional neuroradiologists from across Texas, many of whom trained at UT Southwestern, send their most challenging neurovascular cases to us for treatment.

Our physicians, many of whom subspecialize on particular types of cases, are dedicated to personalized assessments and treatments that focus on your individual condition. Our goals are to thoroughly educate you about your specific condition and become a partner with you in evaluating and selecting the right course of action for your therapy, medical intervention and rehabilitation.

Your treatment begins with thorough neurovascular testing to determine the correct diagnosis of your condition. After complete consultation with you regarding your condition, symptoms and goals for improved health, we provide the specific treatment you need, offering surgical and endovascular solutions all in one place.
