DNA Sequencing Core Facility

| Description: |
This core facility provides genotyping, SNP detection assays and DNA sequencing for UT Southwestern Medical Center Investigators. Samples are amplified using Applied Biosystems Inc.(ABI) Big Dye Terminator 3.1 chemistry, and are analyzed on ABI capillary instruments. We are located on the north campus in room NA2.138, and maintain a south campus drop off box located in room L5.268. Click here to submit an order request for DNA Sequencing. |
