Assistant/Associate Professor

We wish to recruit an additional faculty member in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. We are looking for an individual with demonstrated interest and ability in patient care, teaching and preferably basic science and clinical research in an academic medical setting. Our Division provides all endocrinology services at the Children's Medical Center of Dallas, a 300-bed facility that provides the majority of pediatric inpatient care for the Dallas metropolitan area. We have a full range of support staff and an ACGME-approved, NIH-funded fellowship program. The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, one of the nation's top medical schools, provides an outstanding environment for both basic and clinical research including an NIH-funded Clinical Research Center. The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex boasts a strong economy, a wide range of cultural and recreational opportunities, and many communities with affordable high quality housing and excellent schools.

Applicants should be Board Certified in Pediatric Endocrinology; "Board Eligible" individuals will be considered only if they are completing or have recently completed their fellowship and have yet  to take the exam.
